About Meredith
She is known by her clients and colleagues for her honesty, integrity, trust, performance, and discretion.
She is passionate about her work and provides unparalleled service, strong negotiation skills, and an intimate knowledge of the local market.
Meredith excels at creating customized, innovative, targeted marketing strategies to each property she brings to market, resulting in the property selling at the highest price possible, with the best terms, and in the shortest amount of time.
Her creative design eye — combined with her experience in remodeling — helps buyers visualize what can be done with a property and helps sellers create a compelling presentation of their home to the market.
Her past lending experience brings the ability to creatively put together financing strategies to help put transactions together, even in the toughest lending environment and client financial situation.
She is both a Lamorinda resident and the parent of two school age children, with deep knowledge and ties to the community. She is proud to call the East Bay home and is passionate about her love for the area. Her significant depth of relationships throughout the community have allowed her to successfully market property “off market” as private sales.
She has invested heavily in creating an unparalleled network of top agents throughout the Bay Area, resulting in her becoming the “go to realtor” for potential buyers in Contra Costa County, and providing her with an exhaustive number of agents with high-end buyers/sellers to bring to the table when marketing her properties.
She sponsors multiple events for the Orinda Unified School District and Moraga Unified School District, events for Lafayette Arts Council, and more.
She is a Home for a Home Board Member, and has built nine homes in Guatemala for families in need. Home for a Home is driven by the belief that the security of a safe, solid home, provides hope and can be the catalyst for dramatic change in people’s lives. As a member, she joins a group of socially conscious real estate professionals who donate a portion of their commissions to sustainably fund the construction of homes for people in need.
Meredith was born and raised in the Bay Area and earned a BA in Law and Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
